The invention relates to an implantable biodegradable system for releasing active substance.

Dependent claims

An implantable, biodegradable system for releasing an active substance, said system comprising a carrier material based on biodegradable poly-D,L-lactide and an active substance incorporated therein, wherein the carrier material contains from 1 to 10% by weight of a physiologically harmless ester of acetic acid, and wherein said active substance is released by biodegradation of the carrier.
