Reactive azo dyes containing an aminocarbonyl or aminosulfonyl bridge member

A compound of the formula ##STR59## wherein E is the --NH--CO--, --NH--SO.sub.2 -- or --SO.sub.2 --NH--SO.sub.2 -- group,

• (R).sub.s denotes s identical or different substituents selected from the group consisting of sulfo, hydroxy,
• C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, halogen and cyano, and s is 0, 1 or 2,
• K.sub.1 and K.sub.2 are each independently of the other a radical of the formula ##STR60## wherein R.sub.9 is acetyl, benzoyl or a radical of the formula ##STR61## wherein X is halogen, and T is C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy;
• C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylthio;
• hydroxy;
• amino;
• N-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylamino which is unsubstituted or substituted in the alkyl moiety by hydroxy, sulfato or sulfo;
• morpholino;
• phenylamino or N-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl-N-phenylamino, wherein alkyl is unsubstituted or substituted by hydroxy, sulfo or sulfato, and phenyl is unsubstituted or substituted by sulfo, carboxy, acetylamino, methyl or methoxy;
• or T is a fibre-reactive radical of the formula ##STR62## R.sub.18 is hydrogen, hydroxy or sulfato, R.sub.19 independently has the meaning of R.sub.18, or R.sub.19 is a radical of the formula ##STR63## wherein R.sub.1 ' is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl and X and T are as defined above,
• R.sub.20 and R.sub.21 are each independently of the other hydrogen, methyl, methoxy, 2-hydroxyethoxy, 2-sulfatoethoxy, acetylamino, propionylamino, ureido or sulfo,
• (R.sub.22).sub.0-3 is 0 to 3 identical or different radicals R.sub.22 selected from the group consisting of sulfo, chloro, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl and C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy,
• Y is vinyl, .beta.-bromoethyl, .beta.-chloroethyl, .beta.-acetoxyethyl, .beta.-benzoyloxyethyl, .beta.-phosphatoethyl, .beta.-sulfatoethyl or .beta.-thiosulfatoethyl,
• Z is a radical of the formula
• --SO.sub.2 --Y (2a)
• or
• --CONR.sub.2 --(CH.sub.2).sub.n --SO.sub.2 --Y (2b),
• wherein R.sub.2 is hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl,
• n is an integer from 1 to 6, and
• Y is as defined above, with the proviso that at least one of K.sub.1 and K.sub.2 carries a fibre-reactive group, and the proviso that the compound of formula (1') contains at least one sulfo or sulfato group.
