Abstract
A triazole compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof represented by the following formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are the same or different from each other and each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 trihaloalkyl group, R.sub.3 represents a phenyl group which may be substituted or a heterocyclic aromatic ring which may be substituted and X represents S, SO.sub.2 or --(CH.sub.2).sub.n -- where n is 0 or an integer of 1 to 2, excluding a case in which R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are hydrogen atoms at the same time.

A triazole compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof represented by the following formula (I) ##STR56## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different from each other and each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 trihaloalkyl group, R.sup.3 represents a phenyl group substituted with 1 to 2 substituting groups selected from the group consisting of a cyano group, a nitro group, ##STR57## and X represents --(CH.sub.2).sub.n -- where n is 0 or an integer of 1 to 2.
An antifungal composition which contains, as its active ingredient, a triazole compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof represented by the following formula (I) ##STR58## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different from each other and each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 trihaloalkyl group, R.sup.3 represents a phenyl group substituted with 1 to 2 substituting groups selected from the group consisting of a cyano group, a nitro group, ##STR59## and X represents --(CH.sub.2).sub.n -- where n is 0 or an integer of 1 to 2 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or diluent.
