The process of the present invention relates to a three dimensional co-culture process.

An artificially produced mammalian organoid differentiation model comprising a three-dimensional tumor mass having a diameter not exceeding about 1.0 centimeter, wherein said three-dimensional tumor mass has a multiplicity of microcarriers which organize into said three-dimensional tumor mass.
