Abstract
This invention relates to the use of spray mist inhibitors in basic electrolysis bath processes.
Claims7
A basic electrolyte bath comprising a basic electrolyte and 50 to 250 mg per liter of electrolyte of a methyl-substituted perfluoroalkylsulfonamide of the formula (I)
- R.sub.F SO.sub.2 NHCH.sub.3 (I)
- where
- R.sub.F is a perfluoroalkyl group containing 4-10 carbon atoms.
