Abstract
The present invention provides a novel series of 3-substituted methyl-2,5-dihydroimidazo 1,2-c!quinazoline compounds. These compounds are found useful as an active ingredient for the treatment of hypertension and dysuria.
Claims1
An imidazo 1,2-c!quinazoline compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof selected from the group consisting of:
- 3-{4- 1-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazinyl!}methyl-2,3-dihydroimidazo 1,2-c!quina zolin-5(6H)-one;
- 3-{4- 1-(2-chlorophenyl)piperazinyl!}methyl-2,3-dihydroimidazo 1,2-c!quinaz olin-5(6H)-one;
- 3-{4- 1-(2-chlorophenyl)piperazinyl!}methyl-6-methyl-2,3-dihydroimidazo 1,2 -c!quinazolin-5(6H)-one;
- and
- 3-{4- 1-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazinyl!}methyl-6-methyl-2,3-dihydroimidazo 1, 2-c!quinazolin-5(6H)-one.
