Apparatus for forming concrete products

An apparatus for forming concrete products comprising:

• a frame for supporting product forming apparatus;
• a mold box having internal cavities contoured to define preselected product patterns;
• mounting means for mounting said mold box on said frame;
• feed means for receiving concrete material and selectively dispensing the concrete material into the mold box cavities;
• and
• support means attached to the feed means for varying the vertical displacement of the feed means above the mold box,
• the support means comprising multiple telescoping legs each having an interior tube that is vertically displaceable inside an associated exterior tube.

An apparatus for forming concrete products, comprising:

• a mold box having internal cavities contoured to define preselected product patterns, the mold box including a head assembly having shoes that insert into associated cavities in a mold assembly:
• a frame including an upper beam vertically displaceable into a raised position that holds the head assembly shoes above the mold assembly;
• mounting means for mounting said mold box on said frame;
• feed means for receiving concrete material and selectively dispensing the concrete material into the mold box cavities;
• support means attached to the feed means for varying the vertical displacement of the feed means above the mold box:
• and
• a brush located on the feed means for removing concrete material from the shoes while the upper beam is located in the raised position.

An apparatus for forming concrete products, comprising:

• a mold box having internal cavities contoured to define preselected product patterns, the mold box including a head assembly having shoes that insert into associated cavities in a mold assembly;
• a frame including an upper beam vertically displaceable into a raised position that holds the head assembly shoes above the mold assembly;
• mounting means for mounting said mold box on said frame;
• feed means for receiving concrete material and selectively dispensing the concrete material into the mold box cavities:
• support means attached to the feed means for varying the vertical displacement of the feed means above the mold box:
• and
• a wiper bar attached to the feed means for scraping concrete material off a top surface of the mold assembly into the internal cavities of the mold box.

An apparatus for forming concrete products, comprising:

• a mold box including a head assembly having shoes and a mold assembly having cavities for receiving the shoes;
• a frame vertically displaceable into a raised position that holds the head assembly shoes above the mold assembly;
• mounting means for mounting said mold box on said frame;
• feed box for receiving concrete material and selectively dispensing the concrete material into the mold box cavities;
• and
• a wiper bar for scraping concrete material off a top surface of the mold assembly into the internal cavities of the mold box.

An apparatus for forming concrete products, comprising:

• a mold box having internal cavities contoured to define preselected product patterns, the mold box including a head assembly having shoes that insert into associated cavities in a mold assembly;
• a frame including an upper beam vertically displaceable into a raised position that holds the head assembly shoes above the mold assembly;
• a feed box for receiving concrete material and selectively dispensing the concrete material into the mold box cavities;
• and
• a brush located on the feed box for removing concrete material from the shoes while the upper beam is located in the raised position.
