Abstract
A photosensitive element having a photosensitive medium comprising silver halide in reactive association with an organoborate salt and wherein said medium is selected from: (a) silver halide photographic emulsions comprising a cationic dye, and (b) photothermographic media comprising in one or more layers a reducible silver source, a reducing agent for silver ion and an antifoggant.
Claims19
A photosensitive element having a photosensitive medium comprising silver halide in reactive association with an organoborate salt and wherein said medium is a photothermographic media comprising in one or more layers a reducible silver source, a reducing agent for silver ion and an antifoggant, wherein said element comprises a support having coated thereon a first layer comprising the silver halide, the reducible silver source, the organoborate salt and the antifoggant, and a second layer comprising the reducing agent for silver ion.
A photosensitive element having a photosensitive medium comprising silver halide in reactive association with an organoborate salt wherein said medium is a silver halide photothermographic media comprising in one or more layers silver halide, a reducible silver source, a reducing agent for silver ion, a binder, and an antifoggant.
