Claims10
Inbred corn seed designated LH252 having ATCC accession No. 75955.
A tissue culture comprising regenerable cells of the inbred corn plant designated LH252, the seed of which have been deposited and have ATCC Accession No. 75955.
A method for producing first generation (F.sub.1) hybrid corn seed, said seed being capable of producing a hybrid corn plant having the characteristics of high yield, exceptional drydown and good root quality when compared to elite hybrids used in the southern and southeast corn growing areas of the United States, comprising crossing a first inbred parent corn plant with a second inbred parent corn plant and harvesting the resultant first generation (F.sub.1) hybrid corn seed, wherein said first or second parent corn plant is the corn plant LH252, the seed of which have been deposited and have ATCC Accession No. 75955.
