Abstract
The present invention is directed to an electrophotographic photoreceptor which is smooth without orange peel, inhibits the rise of a residual potential and the drop of a charged potential, and is excellent in stability even when it is repeatedly used. The photoreceptor comprises a charge generation material, a charge transport material, a polyarylate having a polymerization degree of 10 to 5,000, a polycarbonate having a polymerization degree of 10 to 5,000, and a polydimethylsiloxane having a polymerization degree of 0 to 2,000.
Claims12
An electrophotographic photoreceptor, comprising:
- a conductive support;
- and
- a photoconductive layer laminated on the conductive support, said photoconductive layer containing a charge generation material, a charge transport material, a polyarylate represented by the formula (I) ##STR29## wherein l represents a polymerization degree of 10 to 5,000, a polycarbonate represented by the formula (II) ##STR30## wherein m represents a polymerization degree of 10 to 5,000, and a polydimethylsiloxane represented by the formula (III) ##STR31## wherein n represents a polymerization degree of 0 to 2,000.
An electrophotographic photoreceptor, comprising:
- a conductive support;
- and
- a charge generation layer and a charge transport layer laminated on the conductive support, said charge transport layer containing a polyarylate represented by the formula (I) ##STR32## wherein l represents a polymerization degree of 10 to 5,000, a polycarbonate represented by the formula (II) ##STR33## wherein m represents a polymerization degree of 10 to 5,000, and a polydimethylsiloxane represented by the formula (III) ##STR34## wherein n represents a polymerization degree of 0 to 2,000.
