Abstract
This invention relates to heterocyclic derivatives useful for inhibiting the production of Interleukin-1 (IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and the like, which can be represented by the following formula: ##STR1## to a process for their production, to a pharmaceutical composition containing the same and to uses thereof.
Claims6
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR41## wherein R.sup.1 is optionally substituted aryl, or substituted 5 to 6-membered heteromonocyclic group,
- R.sup.2 is optionally substituted aryl, or optionally substituted 5 to 6-membered heteromonocyclic group, and
- Y is a bivalent radical selected from ##STR42## each optionally substituted, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, provided that a compound wherein both R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are phenyl and Y is an amine substituted bivalent radical ##STR43## is excluded.
