Abstract
Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein each R.sub.1 is independently hydrogen, halogen, C.sub.1-4 alkyl, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy or nitro, R.sub.2 is hydrogen or halo, R.sub.3 is halo, and Me is a divalent metal, useful for pigmenting polymeric materials such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, natural rubber and synthetic rubber, for the mass pigmentation of materials such as cellulose acetate and for pigmenting paper, lacquers, paints, printing inks and textile coatings.

A compound of formula ##STR6## wherein R.sub.2 is halo,
- R.sub.3 is halo, and
- Me' is cobalt or manganese.
A compound according to claim, 6 wherein the --SO.sub.3.sup..crclbar. group is para to the azo radical.
