A reaction product of dialkyltin oxide and a polyhydric phenol selected from the group consisting of ##STR8## wherein n is 1 or 2, x is 2 or 3, y and y.sup.1 are individually 0, 1 or 2 with the sum of y and y.sup.1 being at least 2 and Z is ##STR9##
