Abstract
R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 form, with the carbon atoms to which they are attached, cyclopentane or cyclohexane, R.sub.3 represents hydroxyl, linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkoxy or unsubstituted or substituted amino, R.sub.4 represents alkyl, unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, naphthyl, pyridyl or thienyl, X represents methylene or oxygen or sulfur, its enantiomers and its addition salts with a pharmaceutically acceptable base, and medicinal products containing the same are useful as anti-thrombotic.
Claims7
A compound of formula (I):
- ##STR33## in which:
- R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, which may be identical or different, represent hydrogen, but not simultaneously when X=CH.sub.2, halogen, linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkyl, phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more halogen or linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkyl or linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkoxy or trihalomethyl or benzyl, pyridylmethyl or imidazolylmethyl, thiazolylmethyl, pyridyl, imidazolyl, or thiazolyl, or alternatively,
- R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 form, with the carbon atoms to which they are attached, a cyclopentane or cyclohexane ring,
- R.sub.3 represents hydroxyl, linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkoxy or amino which is unsubstituted or substituted with one or two linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkyl,
- R.sub.4 represents linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkyl, phenyl which is unsubstituted or substituted with one or more halogen or linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkyl, linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkoxy, trihalomethyl or hydroxyl, naphthyl, pyridyl, thienyl, or thiazolyl,
- X represents methylene or oxygen or sulfur,
- their enantiomers or their addition salts with a pharmaceutically-acceptable base.
