Abstract
The present invention provides novel nucleotide and amino acid sequences for human thymopoietin .alpha., .beta., and .gamma., methods of recombinantly expressing same, and diagnostic and therapeutic uses thereof.
Claims13
A polynucleotide sequence encoding a thymopoietin protein, said sequence isolated from the cellular material with which it is naturally associated, which is selected from the group consisting of
- (a) SEQ ID NO:
- 1,
- (b) SEQ ID NO:
- 3,
- (c) SEQ ID NO:
- 5, and
- (d) a sequence complementary to any of sequences (a) through (c).
A polynucleotide sequence encoding a thymopoietin protein, said sequence isolated from the cellular material with which it is naturally associated, which is selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 and a sequence complementary thereto.
