Abstract
A fuel heater formed form an elongated structure which defines a fuel channel passing through the length thereof and which defines in the bottom thereof a fuel intake. The unitary structure also defines a heating fluid inlet and outlet on one side of the fuel channel which communicate with one another on that one side of the fuel channel and fuel measurement means. The fuel measurement means is fit to a conduit formed in the elongated structure. The fuel measurement means can be a capacitive-type level sensor.
Claims2
A fuel treatment apparatus comprising:

- means within said elongated structure for transferring heat from an externally heated fluid to said fuel;
- conduit means within said elongated structure;
- and
- fuel level sensing means within said conduit means for sensing fuel level within a fuel tank.
