Polyvinyl ether compound

A polyvinyl ether compound which comprises the constituting units expressed by the general formula (IX):

• ##STR20## wherein R.sup.10, R.sup.11 and R.sup.12 are a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, respectively, and may be the same or different from each other, R.sup.13 is an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, R.sup.14 is an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, m is a number the average of which is in the range of 0 to 10, R.sup.10 to R.sup.14 may be the same or different between the constituting units and a plural of R.sup.13 O's may be the same or different from each other when the constituting unit contains a plural of R.sup.13 O's, does not contain any of an unsaturated bond, an acetal structure and an aldehyde structure in the molecule and has a weight average molecular weight of 300 to 3000 and wherein one end of the polyvinyl ether compound has the structure expressed by the general formula (X):
• ##STR21## wherein R.sup.15, R.sup.16 and R.sup.17 are a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, respectively, and may be the same or different from each other, R.sup.18 is an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, R.sup.19 is an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, k is a number the average of which is in the range of 0 to 10 and a plural of R.sup.18 O's may be the same or different from each other, and the other end has the structure expressed by the general formula (XI):
• ##STR22## wherein R.sup.20, R.sup.21 and R.sup.22 are a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, respectively, and may be the same or different from each other, R.sup.23 is an alkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, R.sup.24 is an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, p is a number the average of which is in the range of 0 to 10 and a plural of R.sup.23 O's may be the same or different from each other.
