Abstract
An explosive composition for mining operations has been produced using waste oil, lignite and ammonium nitrate in selected ranges of concentrations.
Claims8
An explosive composition for mining operations comprising:
- (i) from about 4.5% to about 6.5% by weight of the total weight of waste oil;
- and
- (ii) from about 93% to about 95% by weight of the total weight of ammonium nitrate;
- and
- (iii) about 0.5% by weight of the total weight of lignite.
