High-frequency signal generator and radar module

A high-frequency signal generator comprising:

• at least a conductive plate;
• a dielectric rod mounted on said conductive plate;
• a mount;
• a high-frequency generating oscillating element mounted on a side of said mount;
• a printed-circuit board mounted on said side of the mount and including a bias supply circuit disposed on a surface thereof for supplying a bias voltage to said oscillating element;
• said printed-circuit board having an opening;
• and
• an upper conductor extending through said opening and exposed in the vicinity of said surface of the mount, said upper conductor being connected to said oscillating element.

A high-frequency signal generator comprising:

• at least a conductive plate;
• a dielectric rod mounted on said conductive plate;
• a mount;
• a high-frequency generating oscillating element mounted on a side of said mount;
• and
• a printed-circuit board mounted on said side of the mount and including a bias supply circuit disposed on a surface thereof for supplying a bias voltage to said oscillating element;
• said oscillating element being in the form of a chip directly mounted on said side of the mount.

A high-frequency signal generator comprising:

• at least a conductive plate;
• a dielectric rod mounted on said conductive plate;
• a mount;
• a high-frequency generating oscillating element mounted on a side of said mount;
• a printed-circuit board mounted on said side of the mount and including a bias supply circuit disposed on a surface thereof for supplying a bias voltage to said oscillating element;
• and
• a variable reactance device disposed on said printed-circuit board.
