A compound of the formula wherein

B is --CH.dbd.CH-- (cis or trans), CH.sub.2 CH.sub.2 or a bond;
X is NH or oxygen;
Y is sulfur;
Z is NH, CH.sub.2, oxygen or sulfur;
##STR30## R.sub.1 is C.sub.1 --C.sub.4 alkyl, --CH.sub.2 --Ar, or --Ar wherein Ar is a phenyl group optionally substituted by a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl or SO.sub.3 M.sub.3 group;
and
M.sub.1, M.sub.2, and M.sub.3 are each independently a hydrogen or a pharmaceutically acceptable cation.
