X.sub.1 through X.sub.5, Y.sub.1 through Y.sub.5, Z.sub.1 through Z.sub.5, are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, phenyl, alkyl, cycloalkyl, acyl, alkoxyl, carboxyl, carboxyl ester, and hydroxyl; and wherein said group each contains 10 or fewer carbon atoms; and n is 1 or 2.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The composition of claim 1 wherein one of X.sub.1 through X.sub.5, one of Y.sub.1 through Y.sub.5, and one of Z.sub.1 through Z.sub.5 are independently selected from the group consisting of phenyl, alkyl, cycloalkyl, acyl, alkoxyl, carboxyl, carboxyl ester, and hydroxyl; and wherein the remaining X.sub.1 through X.sub.5, Y.sub.1 through Y.sub.5, and Z.sub.1 through Z.sub.5 are each hydrogen.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

Composition of claim 1 wherein the vehicle comprises a mixture of; ##STR9##

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The electronic paste composition of claim 3 wherein X.sub.1 through X.sub.5, Y.sub.1 through Y.sub.5, and Z.sub.1 through Z.sub.5, the same or different, are substituents selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, alkyl and acyl; and wherein said substituents each contain 5 or fewer carbon atoms.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The electronic paste composition of claim 4 wherein X.sub.1 through X.sub.5, Y.sub.1 through Y.sub.5, Z.sub.1 through Z.sub.5, the same or different, are substituents selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, t-butyl, and acetyl.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The electronic paste composition of claim 1 wherein the inorganic particles comprise 65 to 95 weight percent of the paste and wherein the vehicle comprises 5 to 35 weight percent of the paste.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)
