Oxazinone derivative

An oxazinone derivative represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid-addition salt thereof:

• ##STR39## wherein, R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower acyl group;
• R and R.sup.2, which are the same or different, are a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower alkylthio lower alkyl group, and optionally together they may form an alicyclic ring;
• R.sup.3 is a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group which may be optionally substituted with fluorine, lower alkoxy group or halogen atom;
• R.sup.4 is a hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group, hydroxyl group, halogen atom, lower alkoxy group, lower alkoxy-carbonyl group, carboxyl group, lower alkylthio group, nitro group, lower acyloxy group or --NR.sup.5 R.sup.6 (R.sup.5 and R.sup.6, which are the same or different, being hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower acyl group, or R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 optionally forming a hetero ring together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, said hetero ring optionally having a substituent);
• ##STR40## wherein W is --O--, --S--, --CH.dbd.CH--, or NR.sup.9 -- (R.sup.9 being hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower acyl group) or W means that (CH.sub.2).sub.m is directly bonded to (CH.sub.2).sub.n ;
• U is ##STR41## or nitrogen atom;
• V.sup.1 is --O--, --S--, --CO--, --CHR.sup.10 -- (R.sup.10 being hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group, lower acyl group), or --NR.sup.11 -- (R.sup.11 being hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower acyl group), with the proviso that when U is nitrogen atom, V.sup.1 is --CO--, or --CHR.sup.10 -- (R.sup.10 being as defined above) or --NR.sup.11 -- (R.sup.11 being as defined above);
• V.sup.2 is .dbd.CR.sup.12 -- (R.sup.12 being hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower acyl group) or .dbd.N--;
• T is .dbd.CH-- or .dbd.N--;
• R.sup.7 and R.sup.8, which are the same or different, are hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group that may be optionally substituted with fluorine, lower acyl group, halogen atom, hydroxyl group, lower alkoxy group, lower acyloxy group, carboxyl group or --NR.sup.13 R.sup.14 (R.sup.13 and R.sup.14, which are the same or different, being hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower acyl group);
• m and n are independently integers of 0 to 2, with the proviso that m+n.ltoreq.2;
• and
• D is selected from the group consisting of ##STR42## wherein R.sup.17 and R.sup.18, which are the same or different, are hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group that may be optionally substituted with flourine, lower acyl group, halogen atom, hydroxyl group, lower alkoxy group, lower acyloxy group, carboxyl group or --NR.sup.19 R.sup.20 (R.sup.19 and R.sup.20, which are the same or different, being hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower acyl group);
• X is --O--, --S--, --CO-- or --NR.sup.15 -- (R.sup.15 being hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower acyl group) or X means that A is directly bonded to (CH.sub.2).sub.l ;
• Y is --O--, --CH.dbd.CH-- or --NR.sup.16 -- (R.sup.16 being hydrogen atom, lower alkyl group or lower acyl group) or Y means that (CH.sub.2).sub.l is directly bonded to Z;
• Z is --CH.sub.2 or --CO--, with the proviso that when Z is --CH.sub.2 --, (CH.sub.2).sub.l is directly bonded to Z;
• and
• l is an integer of 0 to 4.
