• R represents any one of the following groups:

• Y represents CH,
• R.sub.2 and R.sub.3, which are identical or different, represent hydrogen, halogen, linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)alkyl, or linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkoxy, or together form methylenedioxy or ethylenedioxy, ##STR35## in which R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are as defined above, ##STR36## in which:
• R.sub.4 represents hydrogen or linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6) alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted by phenyl, ##STR37## or their enantiomers, diastereoisomers or epimers or as their addition salts with a pharmaceutically-acceptable acid.
