Abstract
A self-adhesive acrylate copolymer is provided which can be used to prepare self-adhesive webs. The acrylate copolymer is prepared by a combined suspension and emulsion polymerization.

A method of preparing a self-adhesive web, which comprises:
- adhering to a web a self-adhesive acrylate copolymer obtained by subjecting acryl monomers to a combined suspension polymerization and emulsion polymerization.
A self-adhesive web, comprising:
- a substrate which is provided on at least one side with a self-adhesive acrylate copolymer obtained by subjecting acryl monomers to a combined suspension polymerization and emulsion polymerization.
