Silanyl oxypropylamines endowed with antifungal activity

Antifungal compounds useful in the agricultural field having the formula:

• ##STR7## wherein:
• R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, which may be either equal to, or different from, each other, represent H atoms, either linear or branched (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)-alkyl groups,
• Ar-B groups in which Ar is a (C.sub.6, C.sub.10)-aryl or (C.sub.6, C.sub.10)-halo-aryl group and
• B is a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)-alkylene or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.2)-alkyl-(C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)-alkylene group,
• or R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 taken together with the N atom form a (C.sub.3 -C.sub.8)-heterocyclic group or a (C.sub.2 -C.sub.7)-heterocyclic group containing a second heteroatom selected from among O and S, said heterocyclic groups being optionally substituted with one or more C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl groups, (C.sub.6 -C.sub.10)-aryl groups, halogens, or Ar-B groups in which the symbols Ar and B have the same meanings are defined above;
• R.sub.3 represents a (C.sub.1 -C.sub.3)-alkyl group;
• R.sub.4 which, when m is greater than 1, may be either different from, or equal to, one another, represent halogen atoms, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.3)-alkyl groups or (C.sub.1 -C.sub.3)-halo-alkyl groups;
• m is an integer within the range of from 0 to 4;
• R', R", which may be either equal to, or different from, each other, represent H, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.3)-alkyl group or halogen atoms;
• n is an integer within the range of from 0 to 3;
• Y represents a ##STR8## group in which C, D, E, either equal to, or different from, one another, represent H atoms, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4) alkyl groups, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)-haloalkyl groups, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4) alkoxy groups, (C.sub.1 -C.sub.4)-halo-alkoxy groups, (C.sub.6,C.sub.10) -aryl groups, and (C.sub.6, C.sub.10)-haloaryl groups;
• their enantiomers and diastereoisomers and corresponding metal salts and complexes.
