Abstract
Compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein X is O or S; R and R.sup.1 are substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or cycloalkyl or R and R.sup.1 may be joined to form a heterocyclic ring; R.sup.2 is substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl; and n is 0, 1 or 2 are disclosed as well as their postemergence and preemergence selective herbicide use against both monocot and dicot weeds in crops such as sugarbeets, cotton, soybeans and rice.

A compound of the formula:
- ##STR9## wherein X is O or S;
- R and R.sup.1 are substituted or unsubstituted (C.sub.1 -C.sub.6)alkyl, (C.sub.2 -C.sub.6)alkenyl, (C.sub.2 -C.sub.6)alkynyl or (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)cycloalkyl wherein the substituent may be lower alkoxy or halo, or when R or R.sup.1 are substituted (C.sub.3 -C.sub.6)cycloalkyl the substituent may be lower alkyl, lower alkenyl or lower alkynyl;
- R.sup.2 is substituted or unsubstituted (C.sub.3 -C.sub.9)cycloalkyl wherein the substituent is selected from lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, lower alkynyl, lower alkoxy, lower alkoxyalkyl or halo;
- and n is 0, 1 or 2.
