Abstract
The invention concerns a glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase which contains the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1 as well as a DNA coding for it and a process for the isolation of an enzyme according to the present invention.
Claims17
Isolated DNA, comprising the region of the nucleic acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1 coding for a glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase enzyme or another nucleic acid sequence encoding the same enzyme.
Plasmid pUC-B6P-DH 1.8.
Isolated DNA, that comprises a native promoter of the glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase gene and the first 122 bases of the nucleic acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO:1 or comprises a sequence derived therefrom with native glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase gene promoter properties.
