Abstract
An electrophotographic photosensitive element is here disclosed which comprises a conductive substrate and at least a photosensitive layer formed on the conductive substrate, the electrophotographic photosensitive element being characterized in that the photosensitive layer contains, as a charge transport material, a compound represented by the formula (1), (2) or (3) ##STR1##
Claims3
An electrophotographic photosensitive element comprising a conductive substrate and at least a photosensitive layer formed on the conductive substrate, said electrophotographic photosensitive element being characterized in that the photosensitive layer contains, as a charge transport material, a compound represented by the formula (1)
- wherein each of Ar.sup.1, Ar.sup.2, Ar.sup.3, Ar.sup.4, Ar.sup.5, and Ar.sup.6 is a mono or disubstituted or non-substituted aromatic or heterocyclic group with the proviso that when simultaneously Ar.sup.1 and Ar.sup.4 are phenylene, simultaneously Ar.sup.2, Ar.sup.3, Ar.sup.5, and Ar.sup.6 are not all phenyl groups or phenylene groups;
- and each of R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, and R.sup.4 is a substituted or non-substituted aromatic or heterocyclic group, a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or non-substituted amino group, a lower alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which may have a substituent, or a lower alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which may have a substituent.
An electrophotographic photosensitive element comprising a conductive substrate and at least a photosensitive layer formed on the conductive substrate, said electrophotographic photosensitive element being characterized in that the photosensitive layer contains, as a charge transport material, a compound represented by the formula (2) ##STR600## (wherein --Z.sup.1 -- is two hydrogen atoms, or a disubstituted or non-substituted heterocyclic group;
- each of Ar.sup.1, Ar.sup.2, Ar.sup.3, Ar.sup.4, Ar.sup.5 and Ar.sup.6 is a mono or disubstituted or non-substituted aromatic or heterocyclic group;
- and each of R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.5 is a substituted or non-substituted aromatic or heterocyclic group, a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or non-substituted amino group, a lower alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which may have a substituent, or a lower alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which may have a substituent.
An electrophotographic photosensitive element comprising a conductive substrate and at least a photosensitive layer formed on the conductive substrate, said electrophotographic photosensitive element being characterized in that the photosensitive layer contains, as a charge transport material, a compound represented by the formula (3) ##STR601## wherein each of --Z.sup.2 -- and --Z.sup.3 -- is a disubstituted or non-substituted heterocyclic group;
- each of Ar.sup.1, Ar.sup.2, Ar.sup.3, Ar.sup.4, Ar.sup.5 and Ar.sup.6 is a mono or disubstituted or non-substituted aromatic or heterocyclic group;
- and each of R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 is a substituted or non-substituted aromatic or heterocyclic group, a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a substituted or non-substituted amino group, a lower alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which may have a substituent, or a lower alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms which may have a substituent.
