An interlining fabric comprising a non-woven fabric and a single or double bar ripple weft stitch knitted therethrough wherein said non-woven fabric is selected from the group consisting of 100% polyester;
- polyester and rayon;
- polyester and rayon and nylon;
- and polyester and nylon fabrics.
