Abstract
An oral solid preparation comprising an organic acid or its salt and a catechol compound. The catechol compound is, for example, a pyrrolidine derivative having a catechol group of the following general formula (I). It exhibits an improved absorbability in vivo. ##STR1##

A solid oral preparation comprising an organic acid, or a salt thereof selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, aspartic acid and cysteine, and a pyrrolidine derivative having a catechol group, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.
