Abstract
A grafted copolymer containing low cis-polybutadiene having a Mooney viscosity of 30 to 40 as a rubber component, and 30% by volume or more of particles of said rubber component becoming non-spherical rubber particles when molded into a molded article, is suitable for use as a low gloss agent which is usable in the fields of internal and external automotive trims, exterior parts of household electric appliances, etc.

A low gloss agent comprising a grated copolymer containing a graft component derived from aromatic vinyl and vinyl cyanide in a weight ratio of 50/50 to 90/10 and a low-cis polybutadiene having a Mooney viscosity of 30 to 40 measured at 100.degree. C. as a rubber component, 30% by volume or more of particles of the rubber component being non-spherical rubber particles when the low gloss agent is made into a molded article.
