A cosmetic composition comprising inorganic particles selected from the group consisting of Kaolin, titanium oxide, and silica, said inorganic particles having a diameter of between 0.01 to 200 .mu.m coated with polypyrrole;

and a cosmetically acceptable oil or wax.
