Abstract
The present invention provides microprocessing and the device therefor which is characterized by radiating proessing pulse laser together with trapping laser to perform the modification and processing of particles and microcapsules. In the case of using such method for implosion, the reaction group is caused to be released by imploding the microcapsule with the reactive goup enclosed to implosion, permitting specified reaction and processing.
Claims7
A process for laser microprocessing of particles which comprises irradiating said particles with a trapping laser beam so as to transfer momentum from the laser beam to the particles to trap them at a specific locus and then irradiating said particles with a pulse laser to process said particles.
A microspectroscopic process which comprises trapping particles having chemical species on the surface and/or the inside thereof by a trapping laser beam and subjecting said trapped particles to a laser beam to excite said particles and emit light for spectroscopic analysis.
