Abstract
A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutic agent, together with a polymeric delivery vehicle, the vehicle being made of poly(phosphoesters).

A pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of a therapeutic agent, together with a delivery vehicle, wherein the vehicle comprises a polymer represented by the formula:
- ##STR22## wherein n ranges from about 10 to 10.sup.5, R is a therapeutic agent capable of being released in a physiological environment, and R' is selected from the group consisting of:
- ##STR23## wherein R.sub.1 is alkyl, halogen, nitro, hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl, alkoxy, or combinations thereof, R.sub.2 is oxygen or N--CH.sub.3, and a ranges from 2 to 6, b ranges from 10 to 100, d ranges from 2 to 16, f ranges from 1 to 6, and m ranges from 1 to 2.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of a therapeutic agent, together with a delivery vehicle, wherein the vehicle comprises a polymer represented by the formula:
- ##STR24## wherein n ranges from about 10 to about 10.sup.5, R' is a therapeutic agent capable of being released in a physiological environment, and R is selected from the group consisting of:
- ##STR25## wherein R.sub.1 is alkyl, halogen, nitro, hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl, alkoxy, or combinations thereof, R.sub.3 is or ##STR26## and p ranges from 1 to 16.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of a therapeutic agent, together with a delivery vehicle, wherein the vehicle comprises a polymer represented by the formula:
- ##STR27## wherein n ranges from 10 to 10.sup.5, and both R and R' are therapeutic agents capable of being released in a physiological environment.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising an effective amount of a therapeutic agent, together with a delivery vehicle, wherein the vehicle comprises a polymer represented by the formula:
