Isolated and purified DNA encoding a fusion protein comprising a first DNA sequence, which encodes a signal peptide, and a second DNA sequence, which encodes a gene of interest operably linked to the first DNA sequence, wherein the amino acid sequence of the signal peptide is (I) (SEQ ID No 1):
- Met-Phe-Ser-Lys-Thr-Lys-Met-Gly-Met-Leu-Met-Gly-Thr-Met-Ala-Val-Val-Leu-Se r-Leu-Gly-Ser-Ile-Gly-Gly-Ala-Met-Ala.
