Cardioactive pyrrolobenzimidazoles

Abstract

Compounds for the treatment of cardiac insufficiency, an arterial thrombo embolism, an arterial occlusive disease, psoriasis, neurodermatitis, asthma, platelet aggregation and hypertension, of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 is hydrogen, C.sub.1-6 -alkyl, C.sub.2-6 -alkenyl or C.sub.3-7 -cycloalkyl, R.sub.2 is hydrogen, C.sub.1-6 -alkyl, C.sub.2-6 -alkenyl or C.sub.1-6 -hydroxyalkyl, R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 together with the carbon atom which carries them can be C.sub.3-7 -spiroalkyl, R.sub.3 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 -alkyl, and R.sub.4 is a cyanamido group, a 4-difluoromethoxy-3-pyridyl group or a C.sub.1-2 -nitroalkyl group, and Z is oxygen or sulphur, or a salt, acid addition salt, tautomer or optical isomer thereof.
