Abstract
Numerous high frequency signals are combined in a system of cavity band-pass filters. Each filter has a bottle shape so that adjacent filters may be fitted together into a compact system. Bridges connect the adjacent filters.
Claims13
A system for coupling a plurality of high frequency band signals, comprising a plurality of cavity band-pass filters, each filter comprising:
- a box for containing an ancillary circuit;
- output and input connectors for coupling the filters together;
- and a housing, the housing including a base body and a tapered top body located above the base body, the top body having a substantially trapezoidal cross-section, the box having a width substantially equal to a width of a smallest side of the top body.
