Abstract
An isocarbacyclin derivative represented by the following formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 represents H or a linear or branched C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 alkyl group, R.sup.2 represents H, a methyl group or a vinyl group, and R.sup.3 represents an unsubstituted linear or branched C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 alkyl group or a C.sub.5 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl group. and a pharmaceutaically acceptable salt thereof.

An isocarbacyclin derivative represented by the following formula:
- ##STR35## wherein R.sup.1 represents H or methyl group, R.sup.2 represents H, a methyl group or a vinyl group, and R.sup.3 represents an unsubstituted linear or branched C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 alkyl group or a C.sub.5 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl group, and a pharmaceuticaly acceptable salt thereof.
An isocarbacyclin derivative which is 15deoxy-16-hydroxy-16-methyl-9(O)-methano-.DELTA..sup.6(9.alpha.) -prostaglandin I.sub.1 of the formula:
