Abstract
This invention relates to the compounds of the formula [I] and salts thereof, which are useful for treatment of liver disorders, ##STR1## wherein X is oxygen or sulfur; and A is straight C.sub.2 alkylene which can be substituted by one or more lower alkyl.

A compound of the formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, ##STR4## wherein X is oxygen or sulfur;
- and
- A is a straight C.sub.2 alkylene group which is unsubstituted or substituted by one or more C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl groups.
(6S)-1-Aza-3,3-dimethyl-4,8-dithiabicyclo[4,3,0]nonan-5-one-9-thione.
(6S)-1-Aza-3-methyl-4,8-dithiabicyclo[4,3,0]nonan-5-one-9-thione.
(6S)-1-Aza-4,8-dithiabicyclo[4,3,0]nonan-5-one-9-thione.
