Abstract
A polypeptide comprising repeated amino acid sequences of a cell-adhesive protein represented by the formula: (Arg--Gly--Asp)n or (Tyr--Ile--Gly--Ser--Arg)n wherein n is a number ranging from 2 to 20; or a pharmaceutical acceptable salt thereof, which is valuable as an antimetastatic agent for cancer.

A polypeptide of the following formula:
- (Arg-Gly-Asp).sub.n
- wherein n is a number from 2 to 20 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A pharmaceutical composition which comprises a pharmacologically effective amount of a polypeptide of the following formula:
- (Arg-Gly-Asp).sub.n
- wherein n is a number from 2 to 20, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, as an active ingredient, together with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
