Abstract
The present invention relates to the monoclonal antibody (termed D612) having selective reactivity for gastrointestinal carcinoma and methods for employing the same. A hybridoma producing such antibodies has been prepared.
Claims19
A hybridoma assigned A.T.C.C. Accession No. HB 9796 which produces the monoclonal antibody designated D612 which immunologically binds to human gatrointestinal cancers and normal gastrointestinal epithelium, and not other cancers or other normal human tissues.
Monoclonal antibodies having all the identifying characteristics of the antibodies produced by the hybridoma cell line assigned A.T.C.C. Accession No. HB 9796, immunoreactive fragments, recombinants or chimerics thereof, which immunologically bind to human gastrointestinal cancers and normal gastrointestinal epithelium, and not other cancers or normal human tissues.
