Abstract
A dielectric ceramic composition is disclosed which consists principally of: barium oxide, titanium oxide, neodymium oxide and samarium oxide as major components which are represented by the following formula xBaO - yTiO.sub.2 - z[(1 - a)Nd.sub.2 O.sub.3 - aSm.sub.2 O.sub.3 ], where 0.10.ltoreq.x.ltoreq.0.20, 0.60.ltoreq.y.ltoreq.0.75, 0.10.ltoreq.z.ltoreq.0.25, x+y+z=1, and 0<a.ltoreq.0.50; and not larger than 2.5 parts by weight of alumina per 100 parts by weight of a total amount of the major components.
Claims2
A dielectric ceramic composition consisting essentially of:
- barium oxide, titanium oxide, neodymium oxide and semarium oxide as major components which are represented by xBaO - yTiO.sub.2 - z[(1 - a)Nd.sub.2 O.sub.3 - aSm.sub.2 O.sub.3 ], where 0.10.ltoreq.x.ltoreq.0.20, 0.60.ltoreq.y.ltoreq.0.75, 0.10.ltoreq.z.ltoreq.0.25, x+y+z=1, and 0<a.ltoreq.0.50;
- and wherein alumina is present in an amount of not more than 2.5 parts by weight of alumina per 100 parts by weight of a total amount of said major components.
