Abstract
There are disclosed various compounds of the formula below, ##STR1## where the parameters R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are as defined in the specification, which compounds are useful as analgesic agents.
Claims21
A compound having the formula, ##STR15## where, X is hydrogen, loweralkyl, loweralkoxy, halogen or trifluoromethyl;
- R.sub.1 is hydrogen or --NR.sub.4 R.sub.5, each of R.sub.4 and R.sub.5 being independently hydrogen, loweralkyl or arylloweralkyl;
- R.sub.2 which is a substituent on one of the two nitrogen atoms of the pyrazole ring, is hydrogen, loweralkyl, loweralkenyl, aryl, arylloweralkyl, cyanoloweralkyl, --C.sub.m H.sub.2m COOR.sub.6, --NR.sub.7 R.sub.8, --C.sub.n H.sub.2n NR.sub.7 R.sub.8 or --N.dbd.CH-aryl, R.sub.6 being hydrogen or loweralkyl, m being an integer of 1 to 3, each of R.sub.7 and R.sub.8 being independently hydrogen or loweralkyl, and n being an integer of 2 and 4;
- and
- R.sub.3 is hydrogen or --CHOH-aryl;
- the term "aryl" in each occurrence signifying a phenyl group optionally mono-substituted with loweralkyl, loweralkoxy, halogen or trifluoromethyl;
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.
