Abstract
Carboxamides represented by the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein Z represents the carbon atoms necessary to complete a 5- to 7-membered ring, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 may be the same or different and are selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, a halogen atom, an amino group, a lower alkylamino group, an alkoxy group, an acylamido group, a sulfonamido group, and a nitro group; and A represents an aminoalkyl moiety and acid addition salts thereof.
Claims2
A compound of the formula (I):
- ##STR109## wherein Z represents the carbon atoms necessary to complete a 7-membered ring,
- R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 may be the same or different and one of R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 is a hydrogen atom and the others are selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group having 4 to 12 carbon atoms, a halogen atom, an alkoxy group, and acylamido group, a sulfonamido group, a nitro group, and an amino, a lower alkylamino, or a dialkylamino group;
- and
- A represents:
- ##STR110## and acid addition salts thereof.
