Abstract
A process is disclosed for the photochemical stabilization of undyed and dyed polypropylene fibre material with light stabilizers, which process comprises treating said material with an aqueous solution containing a light stabilizer from the class of the sterically hindered amines.

A process for the photochemical stabilization of undyed and dyed polypropylene fibers with light stabilizers, which comprises applying an aqueous solution containing a light stabilizer from the class of stearically hindered amines onto the polypropylene fibers by means of a bath.
