Claims15
A compound of the formula:
- ##STR10## the enantiomeric forms and mixture thereof, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein the dotted lines represent facultative double bonds, R.sub.1 is H, F, Cl, C.sub.1-6 alkyl, OH or c.sub.1-6 alkoxy, R.sub.2 is H, Cl, F or C.sub.1-6 alkyl, each of R.sub.6, R.sub.7, R.sub.8 and R.sub.9 is H, Cl, F or C.sub.1-6 alkyl, and when R.sub.6 and R.sub.7, R.sub.7 and R.sub.8, and R.sub.8 and R.sub.9 are taken together with the carbon atoms to which they are attached, they form a 6-membered carboxyclic moiety with the proviso that when the depicted ring moiety having the facultative double bonds is saturated R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.6, R.sub.7, R.sub.8, and R.sub.9 cannot all be hydrogen, and with the further proviso that when the depicted ring moiety having the facultative double bonds is saturated then the 6-membered carbocyclic moiety formed is also saturated.
