Abstract
An azeotrope or azeotrope-like composition of 2,2-dichloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane (HCFC-123) and methanol, the azeotropic mixture being useful in solvent cleaning application.
Claims5
An azeotrope or azeotrope-like composition consisting essentially of about 97-99.5 weight percent 2,2-dichloro-1,1,1-trifluoroethane and about 0.5-3 weight percent methanol, said composition having a boiling point of about 28.degree. C. at substantially atmospheric pressure.
