Abstract
A corrosion resistant, water expandable composition comprising: (A) 100 parts by weight of at least one material selected from the group consisting of rubbers, thermoplastic resins and mixtures thereof; (B) 10-200 parts by weight of a water-absorbable material; and (C) 5-30 parts by weight of a corrosion inhibitor is disclosed.

A corrosion resistant, water expandable composition comprising:
- (A) 100 parts by weight of at least one ethylene-propylene terpolymer;
- (B) 10-200 parts by weight of a water-absorbable material;
- and
- (C) 5-30 parts by weight of a corrosion inhibitor.
