Abstract
Aryloxy-aminoalkanes useful as antihypertensive agents are described and disclosed.
Claims12
A compound of formula ##STR12## wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen, halo, C.sub.1-4 alkyl, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy, C.sub.1-4 -alkoxy-(C.sub.1-4 -alkyl), alkenyl with up to 4 carbon atoms, alkenyloxy with up to 4 carbon atoms, cyano, cyano-(C.sub.1-4 -alkyl), hydroxy, trifluoromethyl, nitro, amino, C.sub.2-6 alkylcarbonylamino or aminocarbonylmethyl,
- R.sub.2 is hydrogen, halo, C.sub.1-4 alkyl, C.sub.1-4 alkoxy or C.sub.2-6 alkylcarbonylamino,
- R.sub.3 is hydrogen, halo, C.sub.2-6 alkylcarbonyl, C.sub.1-4 alkyl, or C.sub.1-4 alkoxy or R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 together are --CH.dbd.CH--CH.dbd.CH--, methylenedioxy, ##STR13## R.sub.4 is hydrogen, C.sub.1-4 alkyl, alkenyl with up to four carbon atoms or alkinyl with up to four carbon atoms,
- R.sub.5 is chloro or trifluoromethyl,
- R.sub.6 is chloro or sulphonamide,
- R.sub.7 is hydrogen or chloro,
- X is C.sub.1-8 alkylene,
- X' is C.sub.1-8 alkylene,
- or an acid addition salt thereof.
A compound of formula ##STR14## wherein R.sub.1 is chloro, bromo, CN, NO.sub.2, OH, CH.sub.2 CN, methoxy, ethoxy, methyl, ethyl, allyl, allyloxy, methoxyethyl or hydrogen,
- R.sub.2 is hydrogen, chloro, methyl, methoxy or C.sub.2-6 alkyl carbonylamino,
- R.sub.3 is hydrogen, chloro or C.sub.2-6 alkylcarbonyl,
- or R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 together are --CH.dbd.CH--CH.dbd.CH;
- --O--CH.sub.2 --O--, --CH.dbd.CH--NH-- or ##STR15## R.sub.4 is hydrogen, C.sub.1-3 alkyl, allyl or propargyl, R.sub.5 is chloro or trifluoromethyl,
- R.sub.6 is chloro or sulphonamide,
- R.sub.7 is hydrogen
- X is (CH.sub.2).sub.n, wherein n is 1 or 2,
- X' is (CH.sub.2).sub.m, wherein m is 1, 2 or 3,
- or an acid addition salt thereof.
1-(3-Methoxyphenoxy)-2-[(6-chl oro-7-sulphonamido-1,1-dioxo-dihydrobenzothiadiazinyl)-3-methylamino]-ethan e or an acid addition salt thereof.
1-(2-Cyanophenoxy)-2-[(6-chloro- 7-sulphonamido-1,1-dioxo-dihydrobenzothiadiazinyl)-3-methylamino]-ethane or an acid addition salt thereof.
1-(3-Methoxyphenoxy)-2-[(6-t rifluoromethyl-7-sulphonamido-1,1-dioxo-dihydrobenzothiadiazinyl)-3-ethylam ino]-ethane or an acid addition salt thereof.
1-(2,6-Dimethylphenoxy)-2-[(6-chloro-7-sul phonamido-1,1-dioxo-dihydrobenzothiadiazinyl)-3-methylamino]-ethane or an acid addition salt thereof.
1-(3-Methoxyphenoxy)-N-al lyl-2-[(6-chloro-7-sulphonamido-1,1-dioxo-dihydrobenzothiadiazinyl)-3-methy lamino]-ethane or an acid addition salt thereof.
1-(4-Methoxyethylphenoxy)-2-[(6,8-dichloro-1, 1-dioxo-dihydrobenzothiadiazinyl)-3-methylamino]-ethane or an acid addition salt thereof.
