Abstract
An improved crayon composition is disclosed, comprising a base wax binder component having a melting point in excess of about 100 degrees Fahrenheit, from about 5.0 to about 50.0 weight percent of an emulsifying agent, and from about 0.01 to about 5.0 weight percent of a reflective flake.

An improved crayon composition comprising from about 25 to about 50 weight percent stearic acid, from about 30 to about 65 weight percent paraffin wax, from about 1 to about 20 weight percent candelilla wax, from about 1 to about 20 weight percent carnauba wax and from about 0.01 to about 5.0 weight percent of a polymer reflective flake.
